Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 62bd website at 62bd.io, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 62bd platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the 62bd platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the more specific document shall prevail with respect to that specific matter.

62bd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform interface or by email. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. The current effective version is always accessible at 62bd.io/terms-conditions.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 62bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 62bd applies a strict 21+ age policy in line with responsible gaming best practices for the Bangladesh market.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal structures are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be the sole beneficial owner of the payment method(s) used to fund your 62bd account. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law as it applies to you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or agent of 62bd or of any of its affiliate companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion programme on 62bd or any affiliated platform.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. 62bd reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension.

62bd operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts created to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other reason are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 62bd may close all accounts associated with that player and forfeit all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals.

Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 62bd account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 62bd will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify 62bd immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any disclosure of your login credentials, or any suspicious activity on your account. 62bd will take reasonable steps to investigate and address reported security incidents, but accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your account credentials.

All activity conducted through your 62bd account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to be authorised by you, unless you have reported a security breach to 62bd in advance of that activity occurring. You accept full financial responsibility for all wagers placed under your account.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 62bd account that is not reused on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for an additional layer of security.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Keep your registered mobile number and email address current so that security alerts reach you promptly.
• Never access your 62bd account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks without a VPN or equivalent protection.

Deposits & Withdrawals

62bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day; these limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 62bd account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect. 62bd does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges which are beyond 62bd's control.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players must have completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process — including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address — before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are processed to bKash and Nagad within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. 62bd reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of anti-money-laundering (AML) review where required.

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
• 62bd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in other names, or payment methods not previously used for deposit.
• Active bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• 62bd reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee upon withdrawal to cover payment provider costs.

Bonuses & Promotions

62bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, cricket betting promotions during BPL and IPL seasons, and tournament leaderboard prizes. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion on the 62bd platform. All promotional terms and conditions are incorporated into and form part of these general Terms & Conditions.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by 62bd are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times using eligible games at eligible bet sizes. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — for example, slot games may contribute 100% while live casino table games contribute at a lower rate. The applicable contribution rates are specified within each promotion's terms.

62bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Bonuses not claimed within the specified claim window will expire automatically. 62bd operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating wagers with other players to guarantee outcomes, placing equal and opposite bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited without notice.

Betting Rules

All sports bets, cricket bets, and casino wagers placed on 62bd are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to that market, game, or event, as published within the relevant section of the platform. In placing a bet on 62bd, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable betting rules for that market. The following general betting rules apply across all products on the 62bd platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 62bd does not accept cancellation requests for bets after they have been placed and confirmed by the system, except in the circumstances described below.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), 62bd reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price and to return the stake to the player's account balance.
• For cricket and sports markets, 62bd's settlement rules follow recognised international sporting standards and official result sources. Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to network latency and platform processing times. Bets submitted during live markets are accepted at the price current at the time of server-side confirmation, not at the price displayed at the moment of player submission. Late bets — those confirmed after a market has been suspended or closed — will be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market, event, and player account. 62bd reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions at its discretion.
• Casino and slot game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. All game outcomes are final and binding. No claim may be made against 62bd in respect of a game outcome once the round has been settled.

For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all ICC-governed cricket matches, 62bd uses official match data provided by recognised data feed partners. Any discrepancy between the platform's live data and a player's own observation of the match does not constitute grounds for a bet void or settlement dispute.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 62bd platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all balances and pending withdrawals frozen, and may be permanently banned from the platform. 62bd reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Using automated software, betting bots, algorithms, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in an automated manner without prior written authorisation from 62bd.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 62bd platform or its game provider integrations for financial gain. Players who discover a technical error are required to report it to [email protected] immediately.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are offered on 62bd. This includes providing or acting on insider information about the outcome of a match or event.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino games, poker formats, or any other multi-player gaming context on the platform.
• Using the 62bd platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. All transactions on 62bd are monitored in accordance with applicable AML obligations.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or continue accessing the platform after suspension.
• Impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or providing false identification documentation during the KYC verification process.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code or proprietary logic of the 62bd platform or any game hosted thereon.

Responsible Gaming

62bd is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising gambling-related harm among its player base. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible via the account settings section of your 62bd dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your 62bd account. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual betting sessions. When your session time limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break from betting by applying a cool-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off, you cannot access your account or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply a long-term self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the selected duration. During self-exclusion, your account is deactivated and all marketing communications are suspended.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 62bd platform — including but not limited to the 62bd brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, database structure, game integrations, promotional materials, and all other original content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 62bd or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 62bd platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works based on any 62bd content or platform functionality without prior written authorisation from 62bd.

All game content available on 62bd — including titles from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio and is licensed to 62bd for distribution. Any unauthorised reproduction or redistribution of game content is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement of the relevant studio's intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 62bd and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the 62bd platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, system failures, or any other commercial or economic loss.

62bd provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from error, or fitness for any particular purpose. While 62bd maintains robust infrastructure to maximise uptime, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows, high-traffic sporting events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or major network outages).

In all cases where 62bd is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of 62bd to any individual player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player into their 62bd account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments & Account Termination

62bd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via on-platform notifications or email to your registered address. Continued use of the 62bd platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment's effective date.

You may close your 62bd account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your last-used withdrawal method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

62bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, where: (a) we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) a player is found to be ineligible to hold an account (including being under 21); (c) an account poses a risk of harm to the player or to the integrity of the platform; or (d) we are required to do so by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or court order. Where an account is closed by 62bd due to a breach by the player, any balance associated with that account may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the 62bd platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 62bd operates. In the event of any dispute between you and 62bd arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions, your account, or any bet or transaction placed on the platform, you agree to first contact 62bd's support team at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution of the dispute.

All formal disputes must be submitted to 62bd in writing within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. 62bd will investigate all submitted disputes and provide a written response within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests. These Terms & Conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be waived or limited by contract under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The failure of 62bd to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
